Centre Director
Kia Ora, lei hou(Cantonese)你好, I am Freddy, the Centre Director of Just Kidz Beachlands. I am from China and came to New Zealand when I was 16 years old with my family. I studied engineering as my major and have been involved in building residential and commercial buildings in China and New Zealand. Previous work experience has given me excellent imagination, understanding, execution ability and teamwork. An opportunity led me to join the Just Kidz whānau; I am full of passion and respect to welcome all of you to this beautiful Beachlands Centre. Our team aims to provide high-quality and abundant learning resources to your family and your children. Every member of our team is a dynamic and enthusiastic teacher, and we are fortunate to be a part of your child's precious growth journey.

Anne is a down to earth, team driven leader who has an amazing presence in the local community. For more than 15 years, Anne has led and grown multiple centres in the East and Central Auckland areas.
Anne loves to give back to the community in many different ways, running days out for families, chairing local meetings and has led many community services including setting up a previous centre as a hub for the recent floods..
Anne is on the board for Mission Heights Primary and is the chair for Mission Heights Junior College. She is also an Auckland Justice of the Peace.
Anne speaks 6 languages and believes knowing the mother tongues links the person’s heart and builds a bond. She is all about reciprocal partnerships with all stakeholders but most especially with our tamariki.

Meet the rest of the team
Kia ora Just Kidz whānau!. My name is Kelsey. I was born in Cape Town, South Africa and moved over to beautiful Aotearoa at the young age of four. I have just recently qualified as an ECE teacher and gained my Bachelor of Teaching from NZTC.
I have had eight years of experience in early childhood, and I am very passionate about caring for our tamariki. I believe that all children are different and unique in their own ways and should grow in a safe and positive environment where they can develop holistically (mind, body, and soul). I look forward to getting to know you and your tamariki more.
Hello, my name is Rebecca, I am a qualified and registered ECE teacher. A little bit about myself: I have three children aged 7, 5 and 7 months old. We love spending time together as a family, going on adventures and trying new things. We are often joined by our little dog, Daisy.
My teaching philosophy is based around Reggio, encouraging children to explore and question. I am a spontaneous teacher who takes advantage of spontaneous teaching moments. I love the outdoors and encourage children to explore their natural environment, make assumptions and conduct research.
I look forward to getting to know your children and your family in our wonderful community. If you have any questions about your little ones, I love to chat, so feel free to ask.
Georgia graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Primary Teaching, and is excited to transition into early childhood education. Her teaching philosophy centre’s on creating a safe and empowering environment for the Tamariki to reach their full potential. She values embracing each child's uniqueness in their physical, mental, social, and cultural identities. Originally from England, she has called New Zealand home since she was six and now lives locally in Maraetai.
Debbie brings with her just over a decade of teaching experience, deeply rooted in understanding the needs of babies and toddlers. Her passion lies in nurturing and developing each child's unique requirements, ensuring they grow in a supportive and enriching environment.
Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to creating personalized learning experiences that cater to the individual needs of every child. She believes that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, and her goal is to foster a love for learning and exploration from an early age.
With a focus on holistic development, Debbie strives to create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating atmosphere where children can feel safe, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
She looks forward to supporting every child's journey and working together to make their early years a positive and impactful experience.
Anita joined our Just Kidz whānau in 2023. She migrated here from South Africa in 2022 with her family.
Her passion is working with children and watching them grow and seeing the little ones smile every day.
My name is Shiqi (Sara) Wang. Nice to meet you, your children and your whānau in this beautiful centre. I will graduate with a bachelor's degree this year. I have been working and studying in a home centre for all my studies. I find it joyful to develop holistic skills with tamariki. My teaching philosophy is based on Reggio Emilia. My teaching goal is to let every unique child experience the fun of learning and the ability to construct their world so that they can respect and be friendly with themselves and others through the "100 languages" to express their thoughts. I am full of passion for making our tamariki's milestone.
Looking forward to getting to know your children and your family.
Kia ora, I'm Aysegul. I recently moved to Aotearoa with my husband and 6-year-old twins from Türkiye. I am very happy to live in this beautiful country with a wonderful nature and helpful, friendly and sincere people. As a mother and a member of the Just Kidz family, I know the importance of good nutrition for children's health, and I act with this sense of responsibility. I have the Basic Food Safety and Hygiene Education Certificate of Achievement, which helped me to have a more professional approach to nutrition. It is very exciting for me to prepare delicious and healthy meals for children by paying attention to their individual characteristics and witnessing their growth.,
