Our preschool is open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, offering year-round service except on public holidays. We provide flexible scheduling options to fit your needs, including full-day, half-day, and part-time attendance throughout the week.

Just Kidz Kelston is a newly built, beautifully designed early childhood education center, licensed for up to 90 learners, including 22 children under two years old.


We are open from 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, offering flexible scheduling options such as half-day sessions, school days, and full days, available on both a full-time and part-time basis. Conveniently located near Kelston Shopping Centre, our center allows teachers and families to enjoy the shopping amenities during drop-off and pick-up times. We also provide a designated underground carpark with a helpful elevator and stairs to accommodate your family's needs.


Our childcare center is warm, welcoming, and nurturing. Our team of professionals consists of Early Childhood Education Qualified and Registered Teachers of New Zealand. They are experienced and confident in their teaching methods, ensuring that children flourish and grow during their early years of education.


We are fortunate to have an onsite chef with years of experience in creating nutritious and fun meals for our children. We support children's dietary and cultural food requirements, so please feel free to discuss any specific needs with us. Our preschool center features four wonderful early learning spaces, each named after the beautiful beaches of West Auckland.

INFANTS
We have well executed activity plans that assist in the development of your infant like language, executive function, cognitive skills and so much more. Here are some of the things we work on with your infant.
INFANTS (The Piha Room) - Up to 2 years old

The Piha Room is specially designed for infants up to 2 years old. This room provides ample space for our youngest learners to move around and explore. The environment is set up to create a safe learning space, filled with natural light and all the comforts that our littlest learners need. Rest assured, your children will experience respectful and peaceful relationships with their teachers. We believe in providing an environment where children’s routines are calm and unhurried, with a strong emphasis on communicating with you as their parent or caregiver. Our Piha Room also features a wonderful outdoor area, complete with a sandpit and beautifully designed playground. This area is separated from the older children, ensuring the safety and physical wellbeing of our little ones.

We have essential learning areas fully equipped with thoughtfully selected resources that promote experiences to extend your children's learning and foster their creativity. The Muriwai Room features TWO outdoor play spaces, including a sandpit, a little Whare, and even their own little waka, along with various other fun resources and equipment to challenge and support our little ones' holistic development.

    The Whatipu Room, located on our top floor, is designed for children aged 3 to 4 years. This room features exceptional learning areas and high-quality resources tailored to help children develop a greater awareness of themselves as learners. Our Whatipu Room encourages young children to plan and monitor their own individual learning and peer interactions. It also includes a beautifully designed dramatic play area, which is very popular with this age group, supporting the development of essential social skills for establishing and maintaining friendships. The Whatipu Room shares a spacious playground on the top balcony with the Cornwallis Room. This playground includes beautiful outdoor equipment and a popular bike track, along with various other fun resources and equipment for your children to enjoy!

    Preschool (The Cornwallis Room) 4 to 6

    The Cornwallis Room, also located on our top floor, is specifically designed for children aged 4 to 6 years. While our curriculum throughout the center promotes readiness for school, the Cornwallis Room offers a variety of experiences to prepare young children for the transition to local primary schools. The learning resources in this room encourage engagement in literacy-rich activities, mathematical concepts, inquiry-based challenges, and holistic growth.


    The Cornwallis Room shares a spacious playground on the top balcony with the Whatipu Room. This playground features beautiful outdoor equipment and a popular bike track, along with various other fun resources and equipment that your children will enjoy. Rest assured, our teachers will support you and your child in having a fun and smooth transition into primary school.
